Cementing Technology for Extended-Reach Horizontal Well in Offshore Gas Storage of Jidong Oilfield
摘要
The horizontal displacement of the newly drilled horizontal well cover layer in the offshore gas storage of Jidong Oilfield is about 3000 m, with a well inclination angle of 65–85°. It has engineering problems such as easy leakage and collapse, long cementing section, difficult wellbore cleaning, difficult casing centering, and difficult to ensure cementing quality, which affect the quality of wellbore cementing. To this end, technical breakthroughs and supporting integration have been carried out, such as wellbore preparation, efficient pressure sealing, improving casing centering, low-cost ductile cement slurry, and improving displacement efficiency, to form the cementing technology for long displacement horizontal wells in offshore gas storage. The technology has been successfully applied in two horizontal wells of offshore gas storage, and the cement bonding quality far exceeds the standard requirements of gas storage. The quality rate of direct cover layer cementing is 100%. The results indicate that the cementing technology for long displacement horizontal wells in offshore gas storage reservoirs in Jidong Oilfield provides technical support for ensuring efficient expansion and production of gas storage reservoirs, and also provides reference for low-cost and high-quality construction of similar gas storage wells.
