Modeling of Potable Water Purification System by Using III–V Multijunction Solar Cell and Cationic Polyacrylamide Alum to Improve the Efficiency
摘要
In most developing countries, municipal water is not microbiologically ensured. This evaluation looked into drinking water quality and the effect of home water purification attempts. Commonwealth countries are facing a shortage of potable water and a deficiency of storage systems for agriculture and electricity generation. Water purification uses renewable energy resources, which are cheap as compared to other resources. Multijunction PV cells are used to improve the water purification system compared to the existing system. In our research work, cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and alum are used for drinking water treatment. Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and alum were then applied to flocculate the untreated water. The performance of the system water treatment depends on the flocculation’s condition. Emphasis framework of the untreated water like PH, temperature, time taken for the settling of residues, total amount of addition of flocculation, and the type of flocculent by perfecting this understand the performance of flocculation. The removal of efficiency (more than 98%) was outstanding about turbidity and color removal. Cationic polyacrylamide CPAM and alum are environmentally friendly, ultra-efficient, and fast settling in potable water treatment. By using CPAM and alum, the water purification quality improved.
