Exploring the Link Between Green Manufacturing and Financial and Green Performance: A Structural Equation Modeling Study
摘要
This research paper explores the relationship between green manufacturing and financial performance and green performance. The study uses a quantitative methodology, specifically structural equation modeling, to analyze the data. The survey questionnaire used in this study was designed to investigate the attitudes and perceptions of the employees in the electric and electronics sector toward sustainable practices. The results suggest that green manufacturing practices have a positive impact on both financial performance and green performance. This highlights the importance of companies implementing green manufacturing strategies, not only for financial gain, but also for the benefits they bring to society and the environment. The findings of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between green manufacturing and both financial performance and green performance. The analysis revealed that companies that prioritize and invest in green manufacturing practices tend to experience better financial performance and demonstrate a higher level of environmental sustainability.
