A Study on Workplace Happiness and the Impact of Work Life Balance on Workplace Happiness at Etron Isolution, Pvt Limited

Happy Cows Give More Milk, is a saying. Does the same apply to employees in the workplace, are happy employees the productive employees? With this question in mind the researcher wanted to study the Workplace Happiness of the employees at Etron Solutions Pvt Limited and the researcher also wanted to know if work life balance has an impact on Workplace happiness. Hence this study is very important as it will throw light on how happy the employees are. Happiness is one of the basic emotions which any human express at any point of time. Happiness in employees gives positive energy to perform better. Happy employees exhibit their happiness and make the workplace cordial. In this study the researcher has collected data from 127 employees of Etron Solutions, which is a client-based IT company. Etron depends on its repeated clients for business, hence client satisfaction is the core of business, and client satisfaction is possible only by the employee’s performance. If employees are not committed and are not delivering according to the client satisfaction, the company may up lose its clients, thus Business success is in the hands of employees. This study is of high importance to Etron solutions as being in client dependent organization, the employees should be happy to deliver the best to the clients.
