摘要

The distribution of foreign aid has prioritized the education sector. The declared goal has been to guarantee that all people have access to fundamental education, with a more recent focus on quality and results. India has a long history of being a hub for education. Globalization has an influence on education, which incorporates an international perspective into its organizational goals, vision, and educational objectives. As numerous papers in this special issue point out, political economic dynamics continue to shape national policies and local practices, while “the international agenda” predominantly affects the international cooperative community. The goal of this study is to investigate how important stakeholders see their roles in influencing international education policies and how higher education institutions might participate in more efficient, forward-looking ways.
