A Four-Element MIMO Antenna System for UWB, C-Band, and X-Band Space Communication Applications
摘要
This paper suggested a 4-port Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna arrangement for UWB, cellular (C-band), and interplanetary (X-band) communications. At first, a single component is created and then reconfigured into a 4 × 4 MIMO layout. The recommended MIMO antenna is built on a Rogers RT5880 material of dimension 42 × 42 × 1.575 mm3 for a working band of 3.16–13.44 GHz. It provides a peak gain of 5.44 dBi and isolation of − 25 to − 30 dB. The anticipated MIMO array delivers remarkable diversity performance all over the entire operating spectrum, with an Envelop Correlation Coefficient ≤ 0.0001 and a Diversity Gain ≥ 9.999 dB. Maximum radiation efficiency exceeds 85%, and the antenna’s radiation patterns remain constant across the working spectrum. The anticipated MIMO is well-suited to wireless communication due to its wonderful characteristics.
