摘要

This paper suggests a comparison study of two control modes to control the current; the first one is the classic based on a proportional-integrator regulator (PI) and the second by non-linear control strategy based on a sliding mode regulator (SM). The conversion chain on which we are working consists of a photovoltaic source connected to a chopper boost, a DC-link, a three-phase three-level inverter of the neutral point clamped (NPC) topology with three arms, a filter, a transformer, and the distribution grid. Another (PI) regulator will be used to maintain voltage balance across the DC-link capacitors, and a pulse with modulation (PWM) strategy will be used to generate control signals for a three-level inverter. Detailed modeling of the 100KW photovoltaic chain connected to the grid using the three-phase three-level NPC topology, and controller design process, is executed on the MATLAB/Simulink environment to ensure the efficiency and the robustness of the offered control.
