As mentioned in Chap. 4 , there are many challenges and shortcomings in the current cyber resilience development, including major hard flaws in the thinking of cyber resilience that focuses on post-event recovery processing, major problems in the cyber resilience engineering system that lacks a dominant architectural guidance, and major challenges in the analysis and evaluation of cyber resilience that lacks core competence measurement.
