Comparative Modal Analysis of Traditional Batik Patterns and Commercial Board Patterns
摘要
BatikBatik, a traditional Indonesian art form, has transcended its textile origins and found application in architectural structures. This research focuses on the modal analysis of Batik-inspired structures using Ansys, a finite element analysis software, to gain insights into their dynamic behavior and compare traditional BatikBatik patterns with commercial steelSteels board patterns. The study investigates one of the popular batikBatik patterns, from steelSteels and galvalume materials. Through the implementation of modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the BatikBatik structures are calculated and examined. The research aims to provide valuable knowledge for architects, engineers, and designers involved in integrating traditional art forms into modern construction, and to evaluate the structural suitability of BatikBatik patterns for practical applications. By employing Ansys, we simulate and analyze the dynamic response of BatikBatik structures, shedding light on their vibration modes and potential resonant frequencies. The outcomes of this research contribute to the fields of structural engineering and cultural heritage preservation, facilitating innovative applications and promoting the continued appreciation of traditional craftsmanship in contemporary architectural endeavors.
