Brake-Specific Fuel Consumption Versus Brake Power in E25 Mixed Gasoline Engine
摘要
The study aimed to find the best ignition timing for E25 fuel to provide the map of brake-specific fuel consumption (bsfc) versus brakeBrake power by a chassis dynamometer with a variable load and variable engine speed method. The test determined that E25 fuel with an advanced ignition time of 4 degrees can increase engine performance. The best thermal efficiency was achieved at 21.2% at 6000 RPM. The test also provides bsfc versus brakeBrake power map for constant engine speeds at 4000, 6000, and 8000 RPM.
