Reducing vehicle quality to reduce fuel consumption and emission pollution is the core problem in developing lightweightLightweight vehicles. Selection of designs, materials, and manufacturing processes are presented for this problem. Aluminum is a metal material that can be used in vehicles to produce a lightweightLightweight structure. Furthermore, extrusionExtrusion is a process of forming aluminum products that are used to develop very complex panel profiles so that they can be an alternative in designing lightweightLightweight vehicles in the future.
