Urbanization and Imbalances

After teaching for a long time, I have developed a keen understanding about the mentality of students at different stages. University freshmen are free from the worries of careers and adult life, they like to explore questions in more detail and ask why things happen the way they do. By the final year of university, students are more anxious and need to think more about what they are going to do with their lives.
