The paper explores the application of autonomous robots and neural radiance fields (NeRF) for 3D mapping and exploration in civil engineering. This study investigates key concepts, methodologies, and challenges associated with 3D mapping and exploration using autonomous robots and NeRF in the context of civil engineering projects.
