Research on Value-Added Evaluation of University Teachers Based on University Functions

Based on the functions of university personnel training, scientific research and social services, this paper discusses the research status, value and advantages of the value-added value of university teachers at home and abroad. The value-added evaluation model of college teachers is constructed from four dimensions: the value-added of teaching and education ability, the value-added of students’ academic achievement, the value-added of scientific research level and the value-added of social service ability. Through the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation model, the teacher evaluation is completed, and the theoretical and practical support of the value-added evaluation of university teachers based on university functions is realized.
