The preservation and promotion of cultural heritage (CH) value is increasingly important in the current context of rapid urbanization. Old architectural works play an important role in preserving urban memories, creating a unique identity for cities in danger of being deformed. This study assesses the frequency with which the HBIM techniques are used for documentation, management, and conservation of historic buildings. The existing database evaluations are incompatible with 3D models of properties and are built using BIM software adapted to different assets. This can promote efficiency for governmental entities responsible for protecting CH assets. With proper implementation, there is a steady exchange of site information that helps synergize interdisciplinary cooperation. Consequently, this study aims to the frequency of using the heritage components information model after the building data is collected from the Scan-to-HBIM process. The study then builds an experimental information model using cloud storage data integrated with augmented reality technology to evaluate the use of basic information.
