Introduction
摘要
Poverty, as a social phenomenon, exists universally across countries worldwide. Not only do developing countries have a significant number of impoverished people and a high incidence of poverty, but developed countries also face challenges in eradicating poverty. Therefore, combating poverty is a persistent issue that humanity has had to solve in the past, is confronting in the present, and will continue to address in the future. The United Nations has prioritized anti-poverty efforts in its Millennium Development Goals, underscoring that alleviating and eradicating poverty is a collective responsibility and pursuit of the international community.
