The History of the Law of Trade Marks: From the Right of Property to a Tool of Quality and Market Control
摘要
The law of trade marks is the last piece of the puzzle needed to fully reconstruct the story of Vietnamese intellectual property law in the twentieth century. Internationally, the history of this branch of law is said to be as old as the history of mankind, and can be traced back to the beginning of the circulation of goods. It is therefore reasonable to expect that Vietnam should have had a system of provisions in place to regulate related issues of trade marks.
