With the rapid growth of China’s low-carbon recycling economy, the recycling industry has become central to the renewable resources sector. This study focuses on enhancing service quality assessment in recycling reverse logistics within China’s low-carbon framework. By using the SERVQUAL and LSQ models, this research integrates online and offline approaches to recycling reverse logistics in line with low-carbon policies. Through a thorough literature review, statistical analysis, and examination of online feedback, a comprehensive evaluation index system is developed to assess service quality in recycling reverse logistics within a low-carbon context. The index system proves reliable and effective, providing valuable insights into recycling reverse logistics services in the context of China’s low-carbon efforts. The IPA model is employed to analyze the evaluation outcomes of reverse logistics services for recycling. The study also offers recommendations to enhance the quality of reverse logistics services for recycling platforms.
