Free Convective MHD Mass Transfer Flow Past an Infinite Vertical Porous Plate with Uniform Heat and Mass Flux Embedded in a Porous Medium
摘要
An attempt has been made to study the magnetic field, buoyancy force, and permeability parameter effects on the fluid flow that is viscous, conducting electricity, and incompressible past a plate with porosity that is kept vertically and embedded in a permeable medium with uniform heat flux and mass flux. A magnetic field is taken as uniform and is applied in a transverse direction to the plate velocity, whose direction is toward the region of the fluid. The dimensionless governing equations are solved with the help of the regular perturbation method. The effect of the aforesaid parameters on the transport characteristics is also incorporated in the investigation. According to the current analysis, both drag force and plate temperature decrease with the increment of magnetic field strength.
