Stem to Stern Analysis of Customer Segmentation: A Bibliometric Perspective
摘要
A comprehensive overview of consumer segmentation research across three domains is presented in this article. Understanding consumer segmentation’s latest advances and innovations starts with examining its existing status. Analysis of this study shows that customer segmentation is experiencing rapid growth with a 14.87% annual growth rate. Averaging 7.479 citations per document and referencing 2857 sources, the field shows academic significance despite its recent emergence (average age: 2.71 years). The dataset has 525 Keywords Plus and 265 Author Keywords, providing valuable insights into thematic themes. This study helps stakeholders use the newest consumer segmentation information by linking academia, policy, and industry.
