Internet of Things (IoT) drivers help to overcome the weaknesses of supply chain management (SCM) by real-time locating and tracking data and avoiding duplication. Numerous data points are linked using the drivers of the IoT so that the efficiency of the product demand performance is increased. The present work mainly focuses on the investigation and ranking of the drivers of the IoT in logistics and supply chain management (SCM). The six most important drivers of the IoT are determined on the basis of a literature survey and expert feedback. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy processanalytical hierarchy (AHP) method is used to find comparative correlation among the drivers. Real-time tracking and visibility with sensors, improved supply chain security using radio frequency identification (RFID) tag, and scalability and flexibility through cloud database are found to be important drivers in IoT implemented in logistics and SCM. This proposed model can assist logistics and SCM decision-makers in more effectively implementing IoT drivers at various stages of the supply chain.

摘要
