Green Human Resource Management in Sustainability: A Bibliometric Analysis of Emerging Trends
摘要
This study uses bibliometric analysis from the body of business and management literature to investigate green human resource management or green human resource management (GHRM). Utilizing R Studio for network and descriptive analysis together with bibliometric techniques, we examined 422 documents from the Scopus database. The aim of the study is to present a thorough history and definition of GHRM. It covers new research topics and keywords, as well as GHRM growth trends from 2018 to 2024, with China leading the way in research contributions. According to the study, the three most prominent authors in green HRM are Yusliza MY, Ramayah H, and Ren S. Green HR practices, innovation, environmental performance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), circular economy, and sustainable development are some of the emerging issues. Mapping the conceptual framework suggests possible directions for the future. Policymakers, organizations, and academics will benefit from the study’s comprehension of the theoretical and practical components of GHRM as well as its identification of presenting challenges that demand attention. Furthermore, using VOS viewer software to visualize network analysis provides new insights into ongoing research in this area. In addition, the analysis points out gaps in the literature and lays the groundwork for future investigations.
