Communication monopole was a kind of light weight and large flexibility of high-rise structure, and its response under horizontal variable load was sensitive. The safety of communication monopole structure in full life cycle was not sufficiently considered and difference existed for design parameter values in current codes. It is highly necessary to master safety degree of structure under different situations from the perspective of reliability. Based on the statistical data of the resistance uncertainty and the load uncertainty in the previous study, reliability analysis of Communication monopole are done by using the non-iterative method under different load partial factors, different load ratios, different working life etc. and contrast analysis are performed on reliability level of above situations. Some referrible conclusions for structural engineers are obtained.
