Triplex Nucleic Acids
摘要
As a component of function nucleic acids, triplex nucleic acids (TNA) form when pyrimidine or purine bases occupy the major groove of the DNA double helix forming Hoogsteen pairs with purines of the Waston–Crick base pairs. In this chapter, the discovery history, categories, properties, and biosensing applications of TNA were summarized, and the in vivo application was also prospected.
