The objective of this chapter is to fabricate the aerospace fasteners with different combinations of alloys, and their characterizations are studied by experimental method. Different properties of alloys are identified by experimental studies using different equipment. The results revealed that physical and chemical properties of new alloys are improved more than 50% compared to the existing alloys. In the present study, new combination of metal alloys is fabricated, and results are compared with existing material used for aerospace fastener applications. The same combination of alloys can be used for interior and exterior components of aeronautical and aviation products.
