Training in the use of machinery of any kind implies the diversion of material resources, human resources, as well as productive spaces and equipment to this activity; this means a decrease in the company's productivity as its productive capacity is diminished by directing resources to the training process. However, it is an essential activity that must be attended and evaluated constantly, in terms of its effectiveness directly in the operation of machinery by those who were trained in its use. Virtual reality is a technological tool that allows to innovate in the area of education and training, recreating the productive environment through scenes and objects of with a realistic appearance, which leads the user to feel immersed in it and that can be focused on accelerating the learning curve in the operation of industrial machinery. The main objective of the research is to develop a virtual reality simulator that facilitates training in the operation of an agricultural tractor through an immersive virtual environment, achieving effective and dynamic training. Additionally, it offers other advantages such as reducing the deterioration of the tractor, preventing incidents, and reducing maintenance costs involved in the training process.
