Application of Self-Assembled DNA Nanomaterials in Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment

DNA nanostructures have emerged as pivotal tools in biomedicine. In this chapter, we review the methodologies for constructing DNA nanostructures and their applications in tumor biomarker detection, imaging, and tumor therapies.
