This article is situated within the context of ergonomic interventions that have exceeded the boundaries of companies and found their new frontier in the territory. Based on the analysis of three case studies in different Brazilian regions, this article aims to reflect on the ergonomics approach to territorial development. The aim of the projects is to create Territorialized Cooperative Ecosystem (TCE) in Careiro (Amazonas), Maricá (Rio de Janeiro), and Belo Horizonte/Santa Tereza (Minas Gerais). The authors conducted the analysis as a multiple case study, a methodological approach to investigating the events in the environment as they occur. Among the results, it is highlighted that the promotion of spaces for the return of experience has proven to be relevant for the construction of a notion of a common future between different actors in a territory, however these spaces are only sustained when elements of real work are mobilized. The exchange of sub-national experiences proves fruitful, as it is characterized by regulatory features, similar legal, social, and cultural aspects at the national level, contributing to the advancement of understanding similarities among different territories.
