Developing Safe Work Activities in the Metal Additive Manufacturing Industries of the Future by Analyzing Work Activity and Occupational Exposure. Methodological Development and Industrial Application
摘要
Development of work and prevention in the context of metal additive manufacturing industry faces new challenges with the integration of the production process, from design to manufacturing within a collaborative organization. The paper presents preliminary results of a research program about industries of the future. The methodology relies on building of the approach with the companies and occupational health and safety specialists, work activities observation, interviews, measurements (real time monitoring of heart rate and inhalation exposure to aerosols, and sampling), feedback meetings and transfers of the method. The challenge is to characterize the risks to human health and the possibilities for developing work activities to mitigate them. In this perspective, the project seeks to design a transferable method for use by preventionists and companies, to foster a safe and sustainable work.
