The use of artificial intelligence in waste bioprocessing to generate energy addresses one of the most pressing worldwide concerns in waste management and renewable energy source creation. This chapter provides a detailed examination of the application of artificial intelligence to optimize and improve bioprocessing technology. It begins with the definitions of bioprocessing and artificial intelligence, and how these two concepts are linked to improve the effectiveness and realization of waste-to-energy aims.
