This study explores the use of AI-driven learning analytics, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP), to assess stakeholder perceptions of key aspects of the learning environment in higher education institutions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Focusing on curriculum relevance, resources, class size, learning environment, and support services, the research examines faculty, student, and administrator perspectives to inform educational strategies. The findings suggest that relevant curricula, adequate resources, and smaller class sizes positively impact student engagement, while challenges such as language transitions and resource limitations require further investment. This study underscores the potential of NLP-based learning analytics to improve higher education practices, emphasizing the need for quality data and institutional commitment to maximize impact.

摘要
