This study investigates how the Internet may help small businesses grow by using digital technology and online platforms to access new markets, increase operations, and become more competitive. Businesses can access worldwide markets, reach a wider audience, and use more affordable marketing channels by creating an online presence. To support growth across four stages—understanding challenges, creating a customized e-commerce website and mobile application for billing, putting the website and mobile application into practice, and deploying it—the study explores the use of full-stack web development, notably the MERN stack and Flutter Framework with DART. It also analyzes the long-term effects on sales. By using this methodical approach, the study hopes to shed light on the effectiveness of mobile applications and full-stack web development, thereby providing small businesses navigating the digital terrain with useful advice.
