To provide the solution of copyright issues, watermarking is one of the most popular data hiding concept that can be utilized to protect the sensitive information by embedding the secret data into the multimedia object for copyright protection and authentication purpose. Hence, we provide a robust and secure dual watermarking framework (RDWF) for e-healthcare application using SWT-Schur-RSVD. Further, PCA is applied to compute the optimal embedding factor for hiding that provides the better balance between watermarking properties. After the extraction procedure, we adopt DCNN to improve the additional robustness performance against various noises. This method outperforms the existing state-of-the-art (SOTA) watermarking techniques in terms of robustness, imperceptibility, and embedding capacity.
