It also covers how modern information technology aids in achieving higher quality agricultural products through automatic freshness and environmental condition monitoring. This part also explains the possibility of real-time monitoring of food quality and safety during transport and sales. In the case studying the application of nanobiotechnology, great care is taken to avoid violations of ethical regulations as it pertains to the food systems.
