Effective crowd control is vital for safe, efficient large events. Traditional methods often lack real-time insights, leading to accidents or overcrowding. They usually depend on manual checks or fixed cameras. This paper introduces a mobile-based system that uses GPS for real-time crowd monitoring. It prevents overcrowding and enhances safety. Users and law enforcement get alerts via smartphone apps. These notifications guide people away from crowded areas and toward exits or medical services. The system employs color-coded zones to indicate crowd density. We built the app with React Native, ensuring it works on both iOS and Android devices. Our tests show this method can significantly improve safety and efficiency in public gatherings.
