This chapter mainly focuses on linear problems with emphasis on graphical representation of the constraints and objective functions. The step-wise building of the graphical solutions to the problems has been discussed in very detail with illustrative examples. The concepts such as feasible region, infeasible region, active constraints and inactive constraints have been discussed in detail with illustrative examples. The infeasible problem cases such as under-constrained problem and problems with multiple solutions have been discussed.
