Pain Medicine, an emerging super-specialty branch of modern medicine, which deals exclusively with chronic pain syndromes with ‘Minimally Invasive Pain & Spine Interventions (MIPSI), percutaneous and minimally invasive therapies, may effective deal with many these degenerative spine conditions effectively. This chapter highlights the various common degenerative conditions affecting cervical and lumber spine and their minimally invasive treatment options in Pain Medicine.
