This chapter outlines the methodology of the study. It begins by presenting the research questions that guide the investigation, followed by a discussion of the philosophical worldview that underpins the study. An overview of the mixed-methods research design employed in this study is then provided. Subsequently, the chapter details the participants, the specific research instruments used, and the procedures for data collection and analysis across the two research phases: a survey study and a case study. Finally, the ethical considerations pertinent to the study are also addressed.
