Energy optimization in telecommunication base stations demands innovative approaches to address dynamic consumption patterns and environmental variability. This study proposes a novel framework integrating time series analysis, Bayesian networks, and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to holistically optimize power management. Proposed concept takes in account individual requirements on single base station, as well as global portfolio of mobile base stations characteristics.
