Protein and genes are important macro-molecules which are indeed very essential component to life. Both are involved in different physiological and physiochemical activities individually as well as pairing members. Though experiment datasets, networks, dependencies are publicly available in wed-based interfaces but the important issue is to establish relations between them and hence thereby predict their functions annotating directions of an edge in an undirected protein or gene interaction network by filtering sets of major functional associated network data. There are several issues to study, work and improve in this field. The concepts of gene ontology, adjacency matrix, filtering & sub-graph have used to achieve this goal.

摘要
