摘要

Blockchain technology, with its decentralized and immutable nature, offers a promising solution for digital asset management in higher education Institutions. The adoption of blockchain in university digital asset management not only enhances security and transparency but also provides an efficient infrastructure for operations that will support teaching, research, and management within the university. This article aims to synthesize the process of blockchain for digital asset management in university by systematically reviewing the literature and analyzing content. In this study, global research on this topic was conducted during the year 2010 to 2024, analyzing bibliographic data from 69,232 articles and synthesized insights on the digital asset management process in university. The study synthesizes key insights on blockchain-based digital asset management processes, focusing on five core stages: Create, Manage, Distribute, Retrieve, and Archive. The research identifies four categories of digital assets relevant to universities and proposes a structured framework to guide their management using blockchain technology. The results contribute both theoretically and practically, offering a comprehensive framework for universities to optimize digital asset management and proposing future research directions in this area. Blockchain's potential to revolutionize digital asset management is poised to improve operational efficiency and foster innovation in higher education.
