Application of Noninvasive Diagnostic Techniques in Photodynamic Therapy
摘要
Noninvasive skin diagnosis techniques, including dermoscopy, high-frequency ultrasound (HFUS), and reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM), offer the advantages of being noninvasive, real-time, multipoint, and repeatable. These methods play crucial roles throughout the entire process of photodynamic therapy (PDT) for treating skin cancers, port wine stains (PWS), and rosacea. They are utilized for initial diagnosis, continuous monitoring, adjustment of treatment strategies, and follow-up care, ensuring effective management and improved outcomes.
