By considering the mediating influences of teachers’ self-efficacy and resilience in a multiple mediated effects model, this study aims to analyse how teachers’ digital competence relates to their work engagement. The data were collected from 399 Chinese higher vocational teachers. Data analysis was conducted using the partial least squares structural equation modelling technique. The results demonstrated that the digital competence of higher vocational teachers significantly and positively influences their work engagement, with teachers’ self-efficacy and resilience mediating this relationship.

摘要
