Ergonomics risk reduction using DMAIC methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control). For this purpose, the different stages of an ergonomic problem that arises in an industrial company in the aerospace field located in the northwest of Mexico are shown from the identification, evaluation, and control of risks. Important points of this methodology for Ergonomics problems are the precise definition of the problem, establishing the current situation with measurables that everyone can understand without ambiguities, detail in the root cause analysis, proposed solutions, cost estimation /benefit and finally, establishment of controls necessary to sustain the improvement proposal.

摘要
