Digital interventions, as an efficient, low-cost, and low-stigma approach to mental health services, have significant advantages in addressing the limitations of traditional mental health services and expanding their boundaries. This study explores the integration of virtual reality (VR) and positive psychology as a novel method to enhance the mental health of art college students. The study aims to determine whether this combined intervention can effectively improve the emotional well-being, reduce psychological stress, and foster the creativity of art students. The results will provide empirical support for the application of digital interventions in the mental health of art students and offer valuable insights for the design and implementation of related interventions.

The study aims to determine whether this combined intervention can effectively improve the emotional well-being, reduce psychological stress, and foster the creativity of art students. The results will provide empirical support for the application of digital interventions in the mental health of art students and offer valuable insights for the design and implementation of related interventions.
