Older population and their mitigation behaviors like social distancing, hand washing, and masking are observed to conclude Hispanic ethnicity factors in the COVID-19 pandemic. Handwashing is not a regular practice in African countries, later for preventing diseases related to sanitization like typhoid, cholera the handwashing was introduced and thereby tried to improve air quality and hygiene habits. In this work, a cost-effective hardware setup is designed for pandemic situations. The kit can be made available to the public at common places like bus stations, schools, etc. Distance and time-based operations are concentrated with a handy and easy maintenance approach.
