Recent Trends in Cryptographic Techniques for Securing Zigbee IoT Devices

The raising choice of Zigbee networks in wireless communication systems has increased the need for powerful security methods. Cryptographic algorithms play an important part in securing data transfer inside these networks. This review paper offers a complete relative analysis of several cryptographic algorithms applied in Zigbee, measuring their performance based on factors such as resistance and scalability for security threats efficacy, processing overhead and energy consumption. The study considers both asymmetric and symmetric encryption, focusing on their strengths and weakness in resource-constrained frame work. This survey main objective is to recognize the effectual cryptographic way out for improving security in Zigbee that will support ideal performance.
