The study, researched on some of admixtures, is used to increase strength characteristics of cement mortar. Here this experimental study chooses red soil (RS) is additive material in cement concrete because to know the strength. RS is used as partial replacement of fine aggregate (FA) for this investigation, we use locally available RS because to know the properties. Here we need to know the mechanical tests like compressive strength (CS), split tensile strength (STS) and flexural strength (FS) for to make good strength using locally available RS of mix section is 1:1.5:2.7. It gives good strength to concrete and also take good-quality materials to avoid the buckling. This test is being conducted on room temperature 24 °C for better results before conducting workability after that prepare cubes, prisms and cylinders, and also perform slum cone test for slum value. Test is done at 10%, 20%, and 30% to analyze the values and compare with the normal concrete to know the improvement of this RS cement mortar. After conducting this all tests concluded the results is being obtained. Concluded the performance of RS in the cement concrete gives the strength enhancement at 10% mix so it might be used in construction.
