Increasing the effectiveness of construction project implementation is becoming increasingly crucial in this ever-changing era. This article explores the concept of interconnected construction ecosystems and how integration within these ecosystems can enhance efficiency in project implementation. The focus is on Project “Lot 1A Brumbun – P. Sine (A) Development of Trans South Java Road,” which serves as a case study to illustrate the tangible benefits of integration in the construction ecosystems. The research methodology involves collecting primary data from the executing contractor, including copies of the Work Order (SPK), schedule plans, S-curve monitoring, drawings, and monthly progress reports. Meanwhile, secondary data is gathered from literature studies such as books, journals, and scientific articles related to the implementation of interconnected construction ecosystems. The analysis of the Project “Lot 1A Brumbun – P. Sine (A) Development of Trans South Java Road” reveals that a significant challenge in project implementation is the difficulty in collecting field data due to the challenging geographical conditions. With this issue at hand, there is a need for optimizing the use of digital surveys to expedite the effectiveness of field data collection. Additionally, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is crucial in assisting project execution.
