The ATS with Virtual Assistance is a cutting-edge recruitment platform that uses artificial intelligence to make an otherwise cumbersome hiring process much more efficient, but also allows applicants to tailor their resume and skillset in order to match the strengths they hold to the job descriptions that they are applying for, thereby furnishing them with relevant, personal suggestions for improvement. At the same time, the system helps the recruiter understand what the suitable strengths and qualifications of the candidate are and, thus, by comparing them, makes it easy for them to find suitable candidates. The ATS uses more advanced models like Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Gemini 1.5 Flash, and includes a virtual interview module that dynamically generates technical and behavioral questions that apply to the requirements of the position. The site, built on a scalable architecture featuring a React.js frontend and a microservices-based Spring Boot backend, provides a smooth experience for applicants and recruiters and, in general, improves the accuracy, speed, and quality of recruitment.
